Terms of Service

By using Dola, creating a seller account, publishing a product, or buying a product through a Dola link, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

Dola provides simple tools for sellers to create product pages, accept payments through Stripe, and deliver digital products after purchase. Dola is a software platform. The seller is responsible for the product they publish, the accuracy of their offer, customer support, and any post-purchase issue related to that product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

3. Sellers and Products

Sellers may only sell products they have the right to sell. Sellers may not publish illegal, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, harmful, or abusive content. Dola may remove products, restrict access, or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for buyers, sellers, Stripe, or Dola.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When a buyer purchases a product, the sale money is routed directly to the seller's connected Stripe account. Dola does not receive the seller's sale money and then redistribute it later. Dola may charge sellers a separate subscription fee for using the platform, when applicable.

5. Refunds

Dola does not manage refunds for seller products. Refund requests, refund decisions, customer disputes, and product-related support are handled by the seller. Buyers should contact the seller directly for refund questions. Dola may help with technical access issues, but Dola does not guarantee that a seller will issue a refund.

6. Buyer Data

By buying a product through Dola, you agree that Dola may collect and process the information needed to complete the purchase and operate the service, including your first name, last name, email address, purchase details, and delivery/access information.

Dola uses this information only for the proper functioning of the application, purchase delivery, customer access, seller order tracking, platform security, support, and limited marketing related to Dola and the products purchased through Dola. Dola does not sell buyer personal information.

7. Digital Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through temporary or protected access links. Buyers are responsible for using the correct email address at checkout and downloading or accessing the product while the access link is valid.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dola is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dola is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for disputes between buyers and sellers about the product, refund, or customer support.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as Dola evolves. Continued use of Dola after an update means you accept the updated terms.
